As a registered traveller you can Chat directly with the owner or local agent. The Chat button will only be visible when the owner or local agent is online.

What can I do if I don’t receive a response to my enquiry? 
It can be frustrating to enquire on a holiday rental and not receive a response right away. We encourage owners and local agents to reply to enquiries within 24-48 hours. It is however possible that the owner or local agent is temporarily without access to e-mail and simply cannot respond to you. Try to call the contact phone number if one is published.

How do I ensure that my e-mails do not get lost in a spam filter? 
Add the “” e-mail address to your safe senders list.

How can I determine whether an owner or local agent is legitimate? 
The number of stars gives you the average rating of the experiences of previous travellers. You can also read the reviews on the various holiday rentals. Our review system enables travellers to provide a review of a holiday rental after their stay and leave comments for future travellers. Owners and local agents cannot change or delete reviews on their holiday rental but have a right of reply to each review.

Before sending a payment, call the owner or local agent. Speak directly with them to have a good feeling.

Be sure that you are paying the owner or the local agent directly. Be cautious if they ask to be paid via a third party.

Always insist on receiving a booking contract. This should set out all the terms and conditions of the holiday rental, including payment terms, legal and insurance obligations and cancellation terms. Be cautious if no booking contract is offered.

How can I be sure of an advertiser’s integrity? 
For each holiday rental in our database the advertisers must send us proof of ownership.

Our advertisers have to respect the description and publish accurate information about their holiday rental. In case of complaint received by travellers, announcements will be verified directly and in case of problems, we reserve the right to suspend adverts immediately.

How do I submit a review? 
• Sign into your traveller account. 
• Go to the advert of the holiday rental.
• Go to “Write a review”.
• Rate your experience from 1 to 5 stars and fill in the required fields.
• Click “Submit review”.

How to edit my review? 
Reviews cannot be edited once they have been submitted. A new review can be submitted to replace an existing review. Please contact us via e-mail and request that your original review be removed. After the original is removed, you can submit a new review.
